Contact and removal
Use the shortest path to the thing you actually need.
Owner controls and in-product reports are faster than email. Privacy, removal and security questions that do not fit those paths can go to one human-readable address.
Manage or delete your own flex
Use the private management link created when you published. It can edit, unpublish or permanently delete the flex without an account.
Report someone else's public flex
Open the public flex and use its Report action for impersonation, privacy, harassment, spam or other guideline problems. Reports are private and can include optional details for review.
Privacy or removal request
If you lost the private management link, cannot use owner controls, or have a privacy question that is not about a reportable public flex, email privacy@flexyourincome.com.
Include the public flex URL when relevant and explain the request. Do not send payslips, tax records, identity scans or bank documents in the first message. Those documents are not part of the normal product and are spectacularly unnecessary as an opening move.
Security concern
Use the same email address with a clear subject for a security issue. Do not publish owner keys, private management links, exploit details or other secrets in any public channel.
Before emailing about a public copy
Deleting or unpublishing the source flex cannot force search engines, screenshots, archives, social previews or other third parties to erase copies they already hold. The Privacy notice explains what deletion can and cannot remove.
